| November 2006 Sparring training |
| The following clips show some light sparring exercises we do during our training sessions. With light sparring, techniques are pulled so that they either fall short of making contact, or just touch contact. This allows new sparring techniques to be practiced in a safe environment. The clips were web-optimised and converted to Flash, and the original high resolution sparring video was kindly shot, produced and provided by Mark Foster. |

| August 2006 Pad-work kicks |
| The following video clips were taken during a training session when we were practising techniques (mainly kicks) on pads. During the session, still photographs were taken for publicity purposes, hence the flash photography in some of the clips. |

| March 2006 Breaking practice (Tuesday) |
| The following video clips were taken during practice sessions in preparation for an open day demo at the Caroline Chisholm School later that week. Breaking boards is an extremely small part of the syllabus, for safety reasons it is limited to adults and even then it is not part of the compulsory syllabus until the second degree blackbelt grading. These clips should help the students analyse and improve their techniques. |

| March 2006 Breaking practice (Thursday) |
| The following video clips were taken during a practice session in preparation for a demonstration at the Caroline Chisholm School open day that weekend. Breaking helps the student focus and perfect their techniques in terms of accuracy, speed, and power. It also helps the student focus the mind, visualise success and think positively... mind over matter. In relation to the other training we do, breaking is only a very small part of the syllabus, as Bruce Lee said in the film Enter the Dragon, "bricks don't hit back". However, breaking is often seen at demonstrations as it does seem to be a crowd pleaser. |
